Hearing Aids complaint
The Principal of Integrity, and doing what is to the best interest of your Patient,Client,or Customer, is not restricted to the highest level of inter-action between categories of Professional Relationships.

Integrity, is a basic premise.

It is also a 2 Way Street.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

While making my weekly trip to Midway City Feed Company today, located for the past 50 years in Midway City,Ca.,on Jackson Street, to pick up a bag of Bird Seed for Pigeons, the Owner, who has been there since 1943, asked me if the seed was for domestic birds, or wild birds.

I told him it was for wild birds.

He then informed me it would be cheaper for me to buy "Scratch" which the wild birds liked just as much, and it would be a couple of dollars cheaper for a 25 pound bag.

I took his advice and bought the cheaper feed.

I know he would have made more profit by selling me the more expensive feed, but he gave me advice, based on his 50 years of being in the feed business, that was to my best interest.

By doing so, he established a trust with me that no advertising could accomplish.

The same principal applys in any industry,in any transaction of trust, in any circumstance.

When you do what is to the best interest of your Customer, you are doing what is called "Good Business".

The same thing applys to the Hearing Aid Business.

Always do what is to the best interest of your Clients.

Its good business.
